Pyrolox iron and manganese removal system — manual backwash

BlueSoft 1035PA/56 is an iron and manganese removal system filled with PYROLOX® Advantage — a filter medium developed for the effective removal of iron and manganese in water treatment. As part of the next generation of filter media, PYROLOX® combines high performance with the advantages of lightweight coated media. Backwashing is performed manually via an RX-56F-MHF head. The media volume is 13.6 litres and the working flow rate is 0.4-0.8 m³/h. When selecting an iron removal system, the dissolved iron, manganese and sulphide content, the volume of water to be treated and the pH of the water are all taken into account.
