We service pumps and systems from every brand we supply — Grundfos, HyDrop, Ebitt and Caprari. We hold genuine spare parts and have technicians trained on each of them.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on how complex the fault is. When the spare parts are in stock, most repairs are completed within 1-3 working days. In an emergency we respond as fast as we possibly can.
Do you offer service contracts?
Yes, we offer service plans covering periodic maintenance and inspection. This extends the life of the system and prevents unexpected failures.
Do you come on site to repair?
Yes, we carry out repairs both at our service base and on site at the customer's premises. Depending on the fault, we judge which is the more effective option.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers the repair work and the spare parts fitted. The period depends on the type of repair. Warranty servicing is free of charge.
Do you keep spare parts in stock?
Yes, we keep the most commonly used spare parts in stock for fast replacement. For specific components, delivery is arranged at short notice.
